  I talked to a terminal manager for CITGO and asked him if was against the law to sell gasoline without ethanol. He told me it wasn't, which surprised me. The oil companies have to sell a percentage of gasoline with ethanol and if they don't, they have to buy fuel credits. There's a station in New Hampshire that sells it and we don't know... more »
